About the Festival

The Fort Wayne Greek Festival has been a beloved community tradition for over 45 years, organized by Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church. This four-day celebration brings together thousands of guests to experience authentic Greek culture, cuisine, music, and tradition.

The festival showcases the vibrant Greek heritage of our community, featuring authentic foods prepared fresh daily, live Greek music performances, and captivating traditional Greek dancing. Whether you're a longtime fan or visiting for the first time, the Greek Festival offers something for everyone to enjoy.

Founded in 1959, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church has been serving the Fort Wayne community for generations.

Authentic Greek Cuisine

Indulge in traditional Greek dishes prepared fresh throughout the festival

Food Line

Gyro $12 Thinly-sliced gyro meat (premium cuts of lamb and beef) wrapped in grilled pita bread served with diced onions, tomatoes, and Tzatziki sauce on the side.
Roasted Lamb Shank Dinner $22 Tender lamb shank, marinated in tomato sauce and roasted to perfection. Served with Rice Pilaf and a roll.
Pork Souvlaki Dinner $15 Two pork skewers marinated in olive oil, lemon, and Greek herbs, then grilled. Served with Rice Pilaf and a roll.
Chicken Souvlaki Dinner $15 Two chicken skewers marinated in olive oil, lemon, and Greek herbs, then grilled. Served with Rice Pilaf and a roll.
Pastitsio Dinner $16 Greek Lasagna! Macaroni and seasoned ground beef with a tomato-based, Greek-herb sauce, topped with rich béchamel & cheese. Served with Rice Pilaf and a roll.

Moussaka Dinner $17 Seasoned ground beef mixed with a tomato-onion sauce set in layers of eggplant and potato slices topped with rich béchamel and cheese. Served with Rice Pilaf and a roll.

Spanakopita $4 A classic blend of chopped spinach and Feta cheese wrapped in crispy layers of filo dough.
Tiropita $4 A traditional blend of Feta cheese and cream cheese wrapped in crispy layers of filo dough.
Greek Salad $8 This classic salad consists of crisp lettuce, tomatoes, pepperoncini, Kalamata olives, and crumbled Feta cheese. Served with a sprinkle of oregano and Greek dressing on the side.

Rice Pilaf $4 Fluffy, long-grain rice sautéed in olive oil with aromatic sweet onions then simmered in savory chicken broth.

Saganaki Flaming Cheese $12 Greek Kasseri cheese seared on a hot grill, doused with Brandy, and set aflame! Extinguished with fresh lemon juice and served with grilled pita wedges.
Spicy Feta Dip $10 A mildly-spicy, creamy dip made with Feta cheese blended with Hungarian wax peppers and olive oil. Served with grilled pita wedges.
Greek Beer, Wine, and Wine Slushies A frozen alcoholic beverage made with White Zinfandel, strawberry puree, and juices that offers a refreshing way to enjoy your wine!

Triada Dancers showcases the vibrant traditions of Greek dance through five age-based performance groups. From our youngest dancers in Kala Paidia and Doxa learning foundational steps, to intermediate dancers in Asteria, advanced performers in Meraklides, and our select Omega travel group, each performance brings authentic Greek culture to life in handcrafted traditional costumes.

The name "Triada" means Trinity, honoring Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church and representing the timeless connection between past, present, and future in Greek cultural traditions.

Omega, our select travel group

Omega is our select travel group. They have danced at festivals and private events in the tri-state area. Taking from the past through present, authentic dance steps and performing to traditional and modern music, to represent a piece of timeless Greek culture.

Traditional Greek Pop Music

Lazarus brings the sounds of Greece to life with traditional and pop Greek music featuring the bouzouki. The trio — Nick Vidas, Lee Nourtsis, and John Rokas — are returning favorites at the Fort Wayne Greek Fest, keeping the celebration going with authentic melodies and contemporary Greek hits at Headwaters Park.
